Who We Are Looking For:

As an ambassador for Sportarm, you will demonstrate a customer first approach, ensuring our high service standards are upheld. Engaging with our customers and representing Sportarm with confidence and charm are essential. An affinity for country sports and the countryside is also important. We will invest in developing your abilities to take your career in the Gun Industry to the next level, through on-the-job, hands-on, one-to-one training from the leading experts in the industry. If you have never shot before, we will teach you how to.

The Role

As the Repairs & Service Manager in our Dorchester Gunroom, you will provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience for our clients when they bring their firearms in for servicing and repairs. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire repair or service journey of each weapon, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and clear communication at every stage.

What We Offer

At Sportarm, we work across five days, one of which would be Saturday, 08:30 until 17:30. Our work environment is truly exceptional, providing you with a fantastic setting to excel.
