Orders from our Online Shop will be dispatched and delivered to the delivery address as shown in your order confirmation.
We accept the following payment cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Maestro. Payment will be debited from your account upon receipt of your order. Debit of the payment does not mean acceptance of the offer and conclusion of the contract, therefore your payment will be refunded if the goods are not dispatched to you and the sale contract is not concluded. You are responsible for confirming that you are the legitimate holder of the credit/debit card and that your details are correct. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be able to process your order and a message will appear to say that the transaction cannot be processed.
We take all reasonable care to make our Online Shop as secure as we can. All payment card transactions made through our Online Shop are processed through Worldpay. We do not hold your payment card details on our server.
It is the policy of Sportarm Ltd to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 28 days along with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete, including electrical accessories and manuals where applicable. If a manufacturing fault occurs with your product we will always honour the manufacturer’s guarantee period and will repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions.

Items Damaged in Transit
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery
You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days along with proof of purchase.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible or within 28 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
Please contact us first before returning any incorrect item so that we can arrange the a return or replacement. We will replace or refund you for the incorrect item upon receiving the returned goods. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage. Please note that should you choose to return items from overseas, our Freepost address is unfortunately not available for use. The return of items may therefore be at the sender’s own expense.
