A stunning example of a preowned James Purdey and sons sidelock Self-opener. This gun was completed by Purdey’s Master craftsman in 1977 and looks as beautiful as the day it came out the Workshop showing very few signs of use. The barrels are choked 1/4 and 1/2 and have 30 thou and 31 thou minimum wall thickness. The unmistakable Purdey action has retained nearly all of its color hardening.
