A phenomenal H J Hussey 12 bore side by side shotgun that’s in exceptional condition, this prestigious English gunmaker ranked as highly as the renowned J Purdey, J Woodward and Holland & Holland brands. All were meticulously made and boast superb handling and balance, this example is perfectly preserved. The Imperial model boasts the makers name engraved in gold on both sides of the action which is surrounded by fine scroll engraving, complimented by its 28” barrels and incredibly figured walnut to 15″ and crafted as a straight hand stock and hand oiled to the highest standard. The H J Hussey shotgun comes as you would expect, presented in a fine maker’s leather case.
