A rare opportunity to own a true piece of British gun making history, the 1961 12 gauge E J Churchill Regal comes complete with is original barrels boasting some of its original case colour hardening. The gun is still in exceptional working order and has a good barrel measurements of 25 and 28 thou minimum wall thickness. Its short and snappy 25” barrels would be well suited for fast flying grouse or flushing partridges. The beautifully engraved action is met by the classic Churchill style raised rib. The stunning woodwork of this E J Churchill Regal has undergone a stock extension to 14”1/2 with a leather covered recoil pad making it well suited for a large majority of shooters.
