This treasure was built in 1909 by the London Maker's who were bought by Purdey in 1948. Incredibly it retains a good percentage of the original colour hardening complementing the delightful floral and scroll engraving that profusely covers the lock plates. It has 29" barrels and a very well figured stock and is in stunning condition, having passed through the decades with very little use and retaining superb bore measurements and barrel wall thicknesses.
