Carriage
To ensure you the most efficient carriage rates, items are individually weighed
and their dimensions taken into account. Carriage is then added to your order
when you go to the checkout.
There are three rates of postage
Small packet (Jiffy bag) £3.50
Medium sized box (12" x 16" x 12") £5.50
Large items requiring courier delivery £9.00

Delivery
Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 3 working days, however, if at all possible we will dispatch on the day the order is placed for a next day delivery.

Overseas Orders
Charges are calculated on weight and destination. Deliveries are made by International
Recorded Post. Deliveries to non EU countries will have UK VAT deducted. Local
import duties may apply for which Sportarm is not liable.

Returns
You can return any unused item within 14 days for a no quibble refund or exchange
(postage maybe refunded depending on the circumstances). We strongly recommend
that all returned goods are insured or registered with the carrier or the Post
Office. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for returns that we do
not receive.

Guarantee
All Sportarm products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase
Prices
Prices include VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications however you will be notified before payment is taken and subject to your agreement to continue with the purchase.
